I've had tanning on my hands since visiting a coastal area a while back. How can I get rid of it? Any advice would really help.

To reduce tanning on your hands, you can try using a skin lightening cream containing hydroquinone or kojic acid. Apply the cream to the affected areas twice a day for several weeks. Additionally, using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 on your hands daily can help prevent further tanning.

It's a bit odd because I don't usually experience goosebumps in warm weather. Is this something I should be worried about, and why does it happen specifically in hot cars?
