I've had TB and then caught COVID, and now I'm having chest pain and trouble breathing again. I'm wondering if I should get an HRCT or an MRI of my chest to check my lungs. I've had a few HRCTs before, but they have radiation, which worries me. Can you tell me which option might be better?

I'm really concerned because every morning I wake up coughing up this thick, sticky phlegm that's jelly-like. It varies in color, sometimes clear, other times white or grey. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?
This type of mucoid phlegm is typical of allergic bronchitis. Since you have gastritis symptoms ,GERD also could be a cause. Next Steps Get an X-ray done. See a pulmonologist first. you will need lifestyle changes and treatment for gerd along with treatment for allergy after evaluation

I'm having a hard time breathing and feel like I need to open my mouth every now and then just to catch a breath. It's weird because my breathing seems normal when I'm sleeping, but it's like something's blocking my throat. I don't have a fever or body aches, but my chest feels heavy and I've got this gassy feeling too. I tried holding my breath for 30 seconds and it was fine, but I still need to take deep breaths through my mouth, and even then, it doesn't feel quite right. What could be going on?
Azeflo nasal spray 7ml to both the nostrils is advised to the patient for 5 days.Steam inhalation is also advised to the patient.ENT opinion is advised to the patient.
