I've had these red bumps on the back of my throat for about a month now, but they don't hurt. I've also been having digestion issues, and I'm wondering if it's all connected. I've been smoking around five cigarettes a day too. What could be going on? Should I be worried?

View allI've been using Sudafed nasal spray that has Xylometazoline Hydrochloride for my flu and a blocked nose, and the label says to use it three times in 24 hours. Is it okay if I take a fourth dose? I'm just really struggling to breathe through my nose right now.
It is not recommended to exceed the dosage instructions on the bottle. Taking more than the recommended dose can lead to potential side effects and complications. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for further guidance.

I've been dealing with pain when I turn my neck and this weird feeling like something's stuck in my throat. An X-ray showed an elongated styloid process on my right side. I've seen multiple ENT and ortho doctors, tried antibiotics, pain meds, anti-inflammatory gargles, and tablets but nothing's helped. What's the best way to treat this - surgery, physical therapy, or something else?
It's likely you're experiencing Eagle syndrome, a condition caused by an elongated styloid process, which can cause pain in the throat, neck, and face, along with a feeling of something being stuck in the throat. The best treatment depends on the severity of your symptoms and whether conservative measures have been tried
