I've had these white pimples or spots on the back wall of my throat for a week now, and there's no pain. Initially, I felt a mild tingling when eating dry or condensed foods, but that's gone awayjust the spots remain. I saw an ENT and was prescribed Sompraz L, Sucrale O, and montelukast. It's been a week of medication, and the spots are still there without any pain. I don't smoke or drink alcohol. Should I get any additional tests, or will this clear up on its own? How many more days should I wait? I've attached a photo for reference.

View allI've been feeling this bruising pain under my chin for a couple of days and now there's a lump there that's hard and doesn't move. It feels like it's attached to my chin bone and is around 15 cm long. I'm also experiencing some pain under my left ear, but I haven't noticed any lump there. Should I be concerned about this? What could it possibly be?

I've been dealing with this constant coughing, headache, and runny nose, especially at night, and it's been really bothering me. I'm wondering if it's safe to take Azithromycin and Montek LC on the same day to help with these symptoms. Could this combo help, or should I be worried about any side effects?
That looks like sinusitis, you can take both tablets on same day no problem.
