I've had these white pimples or spots on the back wall of my throat for a week now, and there's no pain. Initially, I felt a mild tingling when eating dry or condensed foods, but that's gone awayjust the spots remain. I saw an ENT and was prescribed Sompraz L, Sucrale O, and montelukast. It's been a week of medication, and the spots are still there without any pain. I don't smoke or drink alcohol. Should I get any additional tests, or will this clear up on its own? How many more days should I wait? I've attached a photo for reference.

My wife has a hole in her eardrum and we're really worried about surgery. Is there any way to heal it with just tablets or medicine, or does it have to be fixed with surgery? Can the hole close on its own without any procedure?
