I've had this lump in my left chest for around 10 years now. It's about 5 inches below my nipple and kind of towards the center. Should I be worried about this? What could it be?

Chest x-ray pa view,biopsy,FNAC of the lump is advised to the patient and a surgery opinion is also advised.
