Ive had two C-sections and now Im dealing with a pendulous abdomen. Is there any way to reduce it? I try to walk for 15 minutes and take the stairs whenever I can, but my weight doesnt seem to go down. What else can I do?

I have a 37x15x14 mm oval-shaped T1T2 hypointense submucosal fibroid with polypoidal extension into the endocervical canal. My doctor recommended surgery, but I'm wondering if there are any homeopathy treatments that could work instead since I want to have another baby and already have a 2-year-old. Should I go ahead with the surgery or try other options first?
surgery is option only.
