I've had Vitiligo for 23 years and I'm currently taking Tab patchex and using tacrovera solution. I'm really curious about how effective these treatments are. Can you give me some insights?

Tab Patchex contains Pentoxyfylline and is used in the treatment of Vitiligo. It helps in improving blood circulation and reducing inflammation. The usual dosage is 400mg three times a day. Tacrovera solution contains Tacrolimus and is also used in the treatment of Vitiligo. It works by suppressing the immune system in the skin. The usual dosage is to apply a thin layer on the affected skin twice daily. Both these medications have shown effectiveness in treating Vitiligo, but individual responses may vary. It is important to continue using them as prescribed by your doctor for the best results.

View allI'm really worried because I've had two UTIs recently and during the same time, I've noticed my hair getting thinner and I'm losing quite a bit of it. Is this related? Like, can recurrent UTIs actually cause hair thinning and hair loss? It's really stressing me out, and I'm not sure what's going on.
Yes, u can take tab,Nitrofurantoin 100 mg orally twice daily for 7 days for UTI treatment.

I've been struggling with large pores on my skin leftover from past acne, and I've got some scars too. I don't really get breakouts anymore, but these holes just won't go away. Is there anything you recommend that could help shrink these pores or make them less noticeable?
Yes there are many successful procedures like CO2 lase, micro needling etc.,visit Dermatologist for appropriate management
