I've had warts on my feet for over a month now. The doctor recommended Watnil solution but it hasn't helped at all. My friends say it might need to be cut out with minor surgery, which really scares me. Are there any other medicines that can cure warts without surgery?

Its a very minor surgical procedure. Its done by electrocautery or by radiofrequency ablation. Its done under local anaesthesia. Treatment cost varies in different clinics. Lotion takes long time to act and it should be applied properly.

I'm really worried because the foreskin on my penis is really tight and keeps getting these painful cuts. It's super uncomfortable and every time I try to clean, it gets inflamed and red. I've been using CandidB cream for the itching, but the cuts just keep coming back. Can you give me some expert advice on what to do?
It sounds like you're dealing with a condition called phimosis, where the foreskin is too tight to be pulled back over the head of the penis, which can cause pain, cuts, and inflammation when you try to clean or retract it. The recurrent redness, cuts, and inflammation you're experiencing could also be due to infection, irritation,or inflammation of the foreskin. Wash the area gently with warm water. Avoid using harsh soaps. Avoid scrubbing the foreskin. If it's difficult to retract, do not force it.Seek a specialist ( urologist ) care.
