I've had this white spot on my tonsil for a few days now, and whenever I touch it with a swab, it feels like a piece of rice comes out. It's happened a few times in the same spot, and even though I'm gargling with hot water and taking medicine, its not going away. I can feel something at the back of my mouth, but there isn't much pain. I've had tonsillitis since I was a kid, but this feels different. Plus, there's some pain in my ear. Could this be some kind of infection?

View allI'm dealing with Allergic Rhinitis Asthma and some level of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I've been using NazomacAF nasal spray in both nostrils every couple of days. Since starting it, my nasal congestion has pretty much vanished and I'm not having any breathing issues. But I'm really curious if it's safe to use this spray long-term when I'm using it once every two days. Also, I haven't seen any improvement with my snoring since I began using it. What should I know about this?
Continue same treatment as advised by the physician.

I've noticed this lump on the left side of my tongue, more on the ventral surface. It's not painful and you can't see it from the outside, but I can feel it when I squeeze my tongue with my teeth. I recently quit smoking, and I'm worried if this could be something serious? It's really uncomfortable, even though there's no pain. Should I be concerned about this?
Lumps in the muscles of the neck are caused by injury or spasm of the neck muscles (torticollis). These lumps are often at the front of the neck. Lumps in the skin or just below the skin are often caused by cysts, such as sebaceous cysts. The thyroid gland may also produce swelling or one or more lumps.so i advice you to consult ent specialist for the same

I've been having this mild pain on the right side of my throat. It's sort of around the mid to lower area, but I don't have a fever or a sore throat. It's been bothering me a bit, and I'm not sure what's going on. Any idea what might be causing this?
Right side throat pain with no fever or sore throat could be due to various reasons such as muscle strain, acid reflux, or even a mild infection. To help alleviate the pain, you can try taking over-the-counter pain relievers such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil) at the recommended dosage. Additionally, you can try gargling with warm salt water to soothe the throat. If the pain persists or worsens, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.
