I've heard about a multivitamin but I'm curious about what makes it special. Is it just a regular multivitamin, or does it have benefits over something like Revital H for women? I'm also looking for something that can help with fatigue, hot flashes, and improve my vision. Any suggestions?

View allSo, me and my girlfriend had a bit of an intimate moment the other day. Her last period was on March 9th, and on the 19th, we were messing around. She was naked, but I still had my underwear on. Somehow, my penis kind of got into her vagina, but it wasnt deep because of the underwear. I didnt ejaculate, but her vaginal fluids did make a wet spot on my underwear. Now, she's three days late on her period, and it's stressing us out. We've always been really careful about these things, so could there still be a chance she might be pregnant?
In summary, while its possible, the chances of pregnancy in this situation seem quite low, especially since there was no direct ejaculation. However, its always best to check with a test for peace of mind. If youre concerned about the future, using protection (like condoms) during all sexual activity can further reduce the chances of unintended pregnancy.

I'm five months pregnant and recently had an accident that caused jaw fractures I had surgery and now my teeth are broken so I'm stuck on liquids and soft foods. I'm worried this diet won't give my baby enough nutrients to grow properly. What foods can I eat to make sure my baby stays healthy even with these restrictions?
Soft foods like mashed pulses, smoothies, and fortified milk can ensure nutrition for your baby during recovery.

I've been trying to conceive for 13 years and have PCOD. My left fallopian tube is slightly damaged according to an HSG done in 2012. My current gynecologist is recommending laparoscopic surgery but previous doctors never suggested it. Is this surgery really necessary or are there other options I should consider?
Yes surgery is advised.A gynaec opinion is advised to the patient.
