I've heard about these Long Looks capsules that claim they can help increase height until you're 25 years old. I'm 23 and my height is 5'5". Do you think I should talk to a doctor before taking these? And if so, what kind of doctor should I reach out to for advice?

View allI've got a 14 mm thyroid nodule in my right lobe that's grown by 2 mm over the last 1.5 years. A FNA in September 2014 showed it was an adenomatoid nodule with cystic degeneration and there was scant thick colloid in the smears. The FNAC in November 2014 showed suboptimal cellularity. I had a CT scan recently for my neck, and it came back completely normal. My thyroid tests from a few months ago were also normal. Should I consider getting another FNAC or is surgery the next step?

I'm dealing with slightly elevated thyroid levels and I'm on Eltroxin 75 mg. I'm working on losing weightI'm going to the gym every day and I've lost a decent amount so far, but now my weight loss has stalled. Someone suggested I try creatine to boost my weightlifting and help burn more fat. The thing is, I'm not sure if it's safe with my thyroid situation. I also drink a lot of water, about 67 liters daily, in case that matters. Do you think creatine would be okay for me to use?
Since you are taking Eltroxin and are focusing on weight loss and fitness, adding creatine to your regimen can be safe
