I've just been diagnosed with TB and I'm wondering if it's okay for me to wash my hair. Also, is being out in the sunlight something I should be worried about with TB? I could really use some advice on this.

View allI'm finding myself taking really deep breaths more often, and it feels like I'm putting in extra effort just to breathe sometimes. Is this something that's normal, or do you think I should get it checked out with some tests?

I recently had a chest X-ray and it came back saying that there are prominent bilateral hilar shadows. I'm a bit worried and would really like to understand what this means. Could you explain it to me?
Bilateral Hilar Shadows being prominent on your chest X-ray typically indicates enlargement or prominence of the lymph nodes in the hilar region of the lungs, which can be caused by various conditions such as tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, lymphoma, or other inflammatory or infectious diseases, and further testing or evaluation by a specialist is usually required to determine the underlying cause.

I'm feeling a bit concerned because my family doctor suggested I get my chest X-ray PA report attested due to some weakness I've been experiencing. I'm a little anxious since I had a history of tuberculosis back in 2018. Could you help me understand if everything looks okay in this report?
Patient is advised sputum for AFB and microscopy.
