I've just finished three months of the Anti TB treatment, and my AFB Stain and GeneXpert results have come back negative. Now I'm wondering, should I still go ahead with an AFB Culture or a TB Culture test? I'm just a bit anxious about the next steps here.

View allI've been having this issue where I'm coughing up green and yellow phlegm for the past four days. It used to be white but then turned to green and yellow. My nose feels really congested, but I don't have a fever, fatigue, or any lethargy. I went through a CECT scan of my thorax earlier and everything came back normal, no abnormalities. Usually, this starts in the early morning and lasts through the night, but it doesn't disturb my sleep. Should I be worried, or is there something specific going on that I should get checked out?
take a course of antibiotic like amoxyclav for 5 days teice a day

I'm looking over the HRCT report and noticed that my SpO2 levels are fluctuating. They usually stay above 90, but I'm concerned about why there's any fluctuation at all. Can you help explain what might be causing this?
unfortunately i couldn't see any of your hrct report attached. SPO2 is fluctuating , keep the pulse oximeter for 2 minutes and then record it

I'm really worried because my latest x-ray showed water in my right lung. I've been dealing with a dry cough and a bit of chest pain when I take a deep breath for the past 8 weeks. Could this be a sign of tuberculosis?
