I've just found out that my IGE level is 1726, and I'm kind of freaking out. I'm currently taking ALLEGRAM, but I'm not really sure how effective it is. Are there specific precautions or lifestyle changes I should consider to help bring my IGE levels down? Any advice would be appreciated.

View allI'm looking at my latest test results and I'm a bit worried. My eosinophil count came back as 10 and my ESR is at 51. The absolute eosinophil count is 700 and my serum IgE level is 954.1. I'm really not sure what all of this means or where the issue might be. Could you help me understand what's going on and what steps I should take next?
