I've just found out that my IGE level is 1726, and I'm kind of freaking out. I'm currently taking ALLEGRAM, but I'm not really sure how effective it is. Are there specific precautions or lifestyle changes I should consider to help bring my IGE levels down? Any advice would be appreciated.

I've been dealing with allergy symptoms like airway inflammation, itchy nose, and itchy throat for a while now. I'm really starting to worry because I've been experiencing breathlessness, especially at night when I lie down, and it's stressing me out. The CBC test showed my WBC count is 9700, and my IgE level is as high as 2700. Plus, I've got an absolute eosinophil count of 500 and an ESR of 31. Alongside all this, I've been having tingling and numbness in my hands and feet. I had an ECG, and it came back normal, which leaves me even more confused.
