I've just found out that my SGOT is 76 and my SGPT is 200, and it's got me worried. I'm currently on Udiliv 300. Are there any other steps or treatments you would suggest to help bring these levels down? I'm really looking for some guidance on this.

To reduce elevated SGOT (76) and SGPT (200) levels, consider lifestyle modifications, such as maintaining a healthy weight, exercising regularly, avoiding alcohol, and eating a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and fiber

View allI'm having a real rough time with loose motion that just doesnt seem to go away. It's like my body's not digesting food properly. I tried taking O2 Tablets and Pan 40, and they seemed to help for a little bit, but now the problem is back. Every time I feel the urge, I end up with loose stools again. What should I do?

I've been feeling this weird movement in my lower abdomen for the past 67 months. It feels like a fast expansion and contraction, kinda like my heart is beating in my stomach, happening 3 or 4 times in a row and then again after a few hours. It's even visible if I look at my abdomen. Do you have any idea what might be causing this?
It's normal peristaltic movement of our gut which can be seen in some people.

I've been having some chest pain on the right side and in my stomach ever since I threw up a couple of days ago. It's particularly noticeable when I take deep breaths. I'm not sure which type of doctor I should go see about this. Could you help me figure out what's going on and who I should consult?
That could be Gastritis, avoid spicy foods, consume plenty of water, visit Gastroenterologist for appropriate treatment.
