I've just found out that my SGOT is 76 and my SGPT is 200, and it's got me worried. I'm currently on Udiliv 300. Are there any other steps or treatments you would suggest to help bring these levels down? I'm really looking for some guidance on this.

To reduce elevated SGOT (76) and SGPT (200) levels, consider lifestyle modifications, such as maintaining a healthy weight, exercising regularly, avoiding alcohol, and eating a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and fiber

View allI'm having a problem where I need to go to the bathroom 2 to 3 times every morning, and it's not a complete bowel movement. This has been happening since I was born. Whenever I have to leave the house early, I take an Eldoper tablet to prevent more bathroom trips. I'm worried if taking Eldoper could seriously affect my liver. How should I handle this situation?

My mom has gallstones that are 34mm in size can they be treated with medications or will she need surgery
For gallstones of 34mm, surgery is generally recommended, rather than medication. While medications can sometimes be used to dissolve cholesterol stones, this is not a reliable approach for large stones or stones causing symptoms.
