I've just found out that my TSH level is at 5.094, but my T3 and T4 levels are normal. What does this mean for my health? Is it something I should be worried about or get treated? Also, would making changes to my lifestyle or practicing yoga help in managing this?

That could be Hypothyroidism ,needs evaluation,visit Endocrinologist for appropriate management

Patient is advised to continue BP and sugar medications through out his lifetime,Also during his cataract surgery his BP and diabetes are to be controlled then only patient can be taken for the surgery.

Blood sugar level is fixed by diet / life style modifications/ exercise by the patient and medication advise by the doctor.
