I've just found out that my TSH level is at 5.094, but my T3 and T4 levels are normal. What does this mean for my health? Is it something I should be worried about or get treated? Also, would making changes to my lifestyle or practicing yoga help in managing this?

I'm dealing with gynecomastia and a small penis size since I was a kid.
