I've just found a small lump in my inner left thigh. It's pretty noticeable and I can feel it when I touch the area. It's a bit under an inch around and oddly, it doesn't hurt. Who do you think I should talk to about this? Any idea what might be going on?

Taking Folvite tablets at night instead of morning is unlikely to significantly impact your pregnancy.
Folvite Tablets
- Folic acid supplement: Essential for fetal development, particularly neural tube formation.
- Timing not critical: While taking Folvite in the morning is recommended, taking it at night is not harmful.
Reassurance
- No significant risk: Missing a single dose or taking it at a different time is unlikely to affect your pregnancy.
- Continue as prescribed: Resume taking Folvite tablets as directed by your doctor, in the morning.
Pregnancy Precautions
- Attend prenatal check-ups: Regularly visit your doctor for monitoring and guidance.
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Eat a balanced diet, stay hydrated, and engage in moderate exercise.

View allMy son has a mole on his head that keeps getting bigger. Is there any treatment for this other than surgery? I'm a bit worried about it growing so fast.
While surgical removal is the primary treatment for a mole that is changing or causing concern, it's not always the only option. If the mole is benign (not cancerous) and you're concerned about its appearance, a dermatologist may suggest alternative treatments, such as watchful waiting or cosmetic removal.

I'm trying to figure out the best time to use Venusia cream as a moisturizer. Is it okay to apply it during the daytime, especially if I'm going to be out in the sun? I'm a bit worried about whether it might cause my skin to tan. Could you give me some advice on this?
yes you can apply and go out

I'm trying to figure out which ointment works best for cuts and wounds: Neosporin or T Bact? I've heard different things about both, and I'm not sure which one to go with. Could you help clear up the confusion?
Both Neosporin and T Bact ointments are effective for minor cuts and wounds, but Neosporin, containing neomycin and polymyxin B, has a broader antibiotic spectrum, making it a slightly better choice for preventing infection and promoting healing.
