I've just got my blood test results back, and my total leukocyte count is showing as 11,600 CellsCumm. Is this within the normal range, or should I be concerned about my white blood cell count being too high?

View allI've noticed my hematocrit level is at 51.1, and I'm starting to worry. My hemoglobin is 17.1 and RBC count is 5.89. Lately, I've been experiencing shortness of breath and constant dizziness. Should I be concerned about these symptoms?
A hematocrit level of 51.1% is slightly above the normal range (40.7-50.3% for males, 36.1-44.3% for females), indicating potential polycythemia, a condition characterized by excessive red blood cell production; combined with your high hemoglobin (17.1 gdL) and RBC count (5.89 millionL), this may explain your symptoms of shortness of breath and dizziness; consult a md medicine for further evaluation and potential treatment to reduce your risk of blood clots and other complications.

I'm curious about blood group compatibility for marriage. Both my partner and I have A positive blood types. Could this lead to any issues or concerns we should be aware of?
In general, there are no significant concerns or complications for a marriage between two individuals with A+ positive blood groups, as they share the same ABO blood type and Rh positivity, minimizing the risk of blood transfusion reactions or hemolytic disease of the newborn (HDN) in their offspring

I'm dealing with this condition called ITP, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, and it's been about a month now. Initially, I had treatment with single donor platelets, 3 units, but they didn't work for me. After that, the doctor gave me 5 units of IV immunoglobulins, which brought my platelet count up to 80,000. But now, it's fallen back to 28,000. I'm really worried about this drop. Can you explain why this might be happening and what other treatments or steps I should consider?
