I've just had a chest x-ray and it mentioned a few fibrotic strands in my left upper zone. Should I be worried about this? Does it suggest any serious illness? What kind of treatment might I need and how long could it take to get better?

View allI'm experiencing some shortness of breath, especially when I'm trying to go to sleep at night. It wakes me up and I find myself needing to wait to catch my breath before I can settle down again. It's been going on for about 3 years now and sometimes it's accompanied by bloating, burping, and farting. I notice the shortness of breath can also happen with panic or loud noises around me. I've tried different medicines over time but they only seem to help temporarily. I'm really curious to know what could be causing this and what might actually help. What do you think I should do?

I've been coughing up a little bit of blood in the mornings for the last few weeks and also noticed some blood in my left nostril. I got a chest x-ray and PNS x-ray done, and they came back normal. My CBC and ESR are also normal. Should I be worried about this, or could it be something minor? What should I do next?

I'm a bit worried about some health stuff and hoping you can give me a bit of clarity. I saw a pulmonologist, and they did an X-ray. The ECG was normal, but it showed pulmonary ventricular contractions. My oximeter reading was 99 for oxygen and 123 for heart rate. The doctor said I dont have any breathing problems, but I am feeling short of breath and a tight chest. Could I have COPD? What kind of oximeter reading should a COPD patient have, or when should I be concerned about my breathing? I dont have any allergies, cough, or cold. Would really appreciate some guidance here.
take pantop 40mg for 3 days
