I've just started traveling on my own for the first time, and also began using new face creams and washes. Lately, I've been feeling a burning sensation on my skin, especially on my face, but surprisingly, there are no rashes. I'm really curious about what's causing this. Could it be related to the products, or is it something else?

I'm experiencing these red, rashy patches on my skin that are super itchy. I've been taking cetirizine, and it seems to help for a couple of days, but then the rashes and intense itching come back after 2-3 days. What could be causing this cycle? Is there something else I should be doing?

I'm using Onabet cream for my tinea incognito, and I'm noticing that the groin area is getting more red, plus there's this burning and itching sensation after I apply it. Is this a normal reaction, or should I be worried about it?
Lulican cream for local application for atleast 2 weeks is advised to the patient.
