I'm trying to improve my skin tone but I'm dealing with pimples and oily skin. I've heard about dalacin t clindamycin and I'm wondering if it could help me achieve fairer skin. Can you give me some advice on this?

View allI'm really confused about which soap is actually good for my skin. I've been thinking about using Kozicare soap but I'm not sure if it's bad or good. Could you tell me if there's a soap that's safe to use daily and really beneficial for skin health?
Yes you can use it no problem,it works for fungal infection or any other microbial infections

I'm having this really uncomfortable itching problem under my testicles for over ten days now. It seems to get really bad during a bath when I wash them with soap. The itching is so intense that the skin becomes really red, and there's muscle pain too. I've tried using Fore Derm ointment and Absorb dusting powder, but nothing's helping. What should I do?

I've been dealing with keloid scars on my chest for the past 8 years and they're really bothering me. They don't look great and it's affecting my confidence. Can you recommend something to help with this?
One option is to use silicone gel sheets, such as Mepiform, applied directly to the keloid. Another option is to use corticosteroid injections, such as Kenalog, directly into the keloid to help reduce its size. In some cases, topical treatments like Mederma can also be beneficial. It is important to consult with a dermatologist to determine the best treatment plan for your specific situation.
