I've noticed this yellow patch on my right breast really close to my nipple. It's not causing any pain, and there aren't any lumps or discharge, just this yellow spot. It's been two days, and it's still there, which has me feeling anxious. I'm just wondering, could this be something serious like cancer or maybe just a bruise?

I'm really curious about hair fibres and if they can damage my hair. Is there a risk of them causing more hair loss?

Hair fibers, when used properly, are generally safe and don't cause significant damage or hair loss; however, excessive use, improper application, or using low-quality fibers can lead to tangling, breakage, or exacerbate existing hair loss conditions, such as alopecia or thinning hair.

I've been using Melas cream for over a month, but I recently stopped because my skin keeps peeling. I'm really worried about how to get my skin back to normal. Do you have any recommendation on which cream might help with the recovery?

After stopping the use of Melas, it is important to allow your skin to recover. You can use a gentle moisturizing cream containing ingredients like aloe vera or hyaluronic acid to help soothe and hydrate your skin. Additionally, you can use a mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone 1% to reduce inflammation and promote healing. Make sure to apply these creams as directed by the manufacturer or your healthcare provider. It is also important to protect your skin from further damage by avoiding sun exposure and using a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
