I've noticed this yellow patch on my right breast really close to my nipple. It's not causing any pain, and there aren't any lumps or discharge, just this yellow spot. It's been two days, and it's still there, which has me feeling anxious. I'm just wondering, could this be something serious like cancer or maybe just a bruise?

View allI'm really worried because I had a Fungal Infection Tinea cruris in my groin area last year and got it treated with Lulifin cream and Abzorb powder. Now, I'm seeing some traces of the infection coming back, and Lulifin is nowhere to be found in stores. Could you suggest an alternative to luliconazole that I can use?

I'm feeling really confused about this. One doctor suggested taking microdox lbx tablets for my pimples, which seem to help, but I've heard from other doctors that they might not be safe. What should I do?
