I've just turned 21 and I'm already noticing my hair turning gray and white. It's really concerning me. What could be causing this premature graying, and is there anything I can do to remedy it?

Causes of Premature hair graying can be genetic, environmental ,or health-related .Vitamin deficiencies like vitamin b12 , folate, iron, copper and vitamin d can contribute to premature graying. Hormonal imbalances can also contribute. stress and smoking are also responsible. While there is no permanent cure for premature graying, several treatments may help manage or slow the process like hair dyes, vitamin b12 and folate supplements, biotin and collagen supplements. There are treatment options available so consult a dermatologist or a trichologist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment

View allI've got these lumps under my skin, which I've learned are called lipomas. They're not painful, but I'm curious if there's any treatment or medication out there that could get rid of them. The doctors Ive spoken to say they're harmless and don't require medicine, but I'm still a bit concerned. Could you give me some advice on this?
While there's no oral medication to cure lipoma, treatment options like steroid injections, liposuction, or surgical removal can be considered
