I've just turned 21 and I'm already noticing my hair turning gray and white. It's really concerning me. What could be causing this premature graying, and is there anything I can do to remedy it?

Causes of Premature hair graying can be genetic, environmental ,or health-related .Vitamin deficiencies like vitamin b12 , folate, iron, copper and vitamin d can contribute to premature graying. Hormonal imbalances can also contribute. stress and smoking are also responsible. While there is no permanent cure for premature graying, several treatments may help manage or slow the process like hair dyes, vitamin b12 and folate supplements, biotin and collagen supplements. There are treatment options available so consult a dermatologist or a trichologist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment

I'm experiencing a lot of itching between my hips and vagina, and sometimes it gets really intense. But after scratching, it becomes painful. I'm really worried about what might be causing this. Could you help me understand what's going on and what I should do?

Sounds like you may be experiencing a yeast infection. You can try using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole (Canesten) twice a day for 1-2 weeks to help relieve the itching and pain. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid wearing tight clothing.
