I've just turned 21 and I'm already noticing my hair turning gray and white. It's really concerning me. What could be causing this premature graying, and is there anything I can do to remedy it?

Causes of Premature hair graying can be genetic, environmental ,or health-related .Vitamin deficiencies like vitamin b12 , folate, iron, copper and vitamin d can contribute to premature graying. Hormonal imbalances can also contribute. stress and smoking are also responsible. While there is no permanent cure for premature graying, several treatments may help manage or slow the process like hair dyes, vitamin b12 and folate supplements, biotin and collagen supplements. There are treatment options available so consult a dermatologist or a trichologist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment

I was diagnosed with tuberculosis last month, and since then, I've noticed that my skin color has turned darker. I used to have fair skin before. I'm really worried if this change will last or if my original complexion will return after I recover. Can you please let me know what to expect?

I'm working the night shift and dealing with some unbearable jock itch, the itching and pain are really getting to me. Could you recommend any medicine that might help? Also, I'm wondering about what foods I should eat or avoid. Is it okay to have dal, ghee, chicken, eggs, fish, or wheat during this time? Plus, is it safe to hit the gym with this condition? Would appreciate any advice you can offer!
-For jock itch, avoid sugar, refined carbs, and spicy foods; stick to protein-rich options like dal, chicken, eggs, and fish. Use an antifungal cream (e.g., clotrimazole), keep the area dry, and avoid tight clothes. Gym is okay but shower immediately afte
