I've missed my period and found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant, even though we used protection. I'm not in a position to raise a baby right now. A friend with an MBBS degree advised me to confirm the pregnancy with a scan and then take mifepristone orally, followed by 4 misoprostol tablets vaginally after 24 hours. But I haven't experienced any bleeding yet. After another 24 hours, I took 2 more misoprostol vaginally and 2 orally. Still, there's no bleeding, just some tissue passing and a few drops of a dirty white liquid. Can you help me understand what's happening?

Sounds like you are experiencing a medical abortion using medication. It is important to follow the correct dosage and administration guidelines for these medications. In your case, since there has been limited bleeding and only some tissue passing, it is advisable to seek medical attention promptly to ensure the completion of the abortion process and to address any potential complications.

Hey, I've been having this weird situation with my period for the last two months. It just doesn't stop properly. It halts for like two days and then starts again with either a little spotting or suddenly, these heavy clots show up. Itll be calm for 23 days and then bam, its like were back to the beginning. To manage this, I've been taking Styplon Himalaya, and it seems to work until it doesn't because as soon as I stop, the cycle starts all over again. Could you please suggest what might be happening or what I should do?

Prolonged bleeding or irregular cycles for two months is abnormal and requires medical attention. The underlying cause could be hormonal imbalances, structural issues (like fibroids or polyps), or an infection. A gynecologist will be able to conduct tests and determine the appropriate treatment to address the cause of your irregular bleeding.

I'm a bit worried because I've been having breathing issues for the past 1.5 years. I saw a pulmonologist and got some meds and inhalers, which have helped a bit. But now I'm thinking about getting pregnant and I'm concerned if this breathing problem might cause any complications during pregnancy. Can you shed some light on this?

My blood sugar levels and glucose tolerance test were normal, and I don't have an RH negative blood type. Could there be a reason for this high fluid level? And, is there anything I can do to reduce the excess fluid?
