I've missed my period and found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant, even though we used protection. I'm not in a position to raise a baby right now. A friend with an MBBS degree advised me to confirm the pregnancy with a scan and then take mifepristone orally, followed by 4 misoprostol tablets vaginally after 24 hours. But I haven't experienced any bleeding yet. After another 24 hours, I took 2 more misoprostol vaginally and 2 orally. Still, there's no bleeding, just some tissue passing and a few drops of a dirty white liquid. Can you help me understand what's happening?

I'm a bit worried because I've been having breathing issues for the past 1.5 years. I saw a pulmonologist and got some meds and inhalers, which have helped a bit. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and just found out that my amniotic fluid index is 20.8 cm. I'm a bit worried if this is normal. My blood sugar levels and glucose tolerance test were normal, and I don't have an RH negative blood type. Could there be a reason for this high fluid level? And, is there anything I can do to reduce the excess fluid?
