I've noticed a bruise on my thigh, and it's been there for about four days without fading. It's round and has this blue-violet color around the outside but the center is just normal skin, kind of white. I'm starting to get worried. What could this mean?

The bruise you are describing with a blue-violet color on the outside and white in the center is likely a hematoma. To help with the healing process and reduce the discoloration, you can apply a topical arnica gel or cream to the bruise area. Additionally, taking oral arnica tablets can also help with bruise healing. Make sure to follow the recommended dosage instructions on the product packaging. If the bruise persists or worsens, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.

Can I use Dermadew soap on my face? I've been struggling with acne there. When I had back acne, this soap really worked miracles and cleared it up. Now that the acne's on my face, I'm wondering if it would be safe and effective to use it there too. On top of that, Im dealing with atopic dermatitis on my face as well. Could using the soap worsen this skin issue?
yes continue the medications as advised by the dermatologist.

I've been dealing with acne since I was 15, and it's gotten worse now that I'm 20. I tried some Ayurvedic treatments, but they didn't really help. A dermatologist recommended clarithromycin and tretinoin cream, which showed minimal improvement for a bit, but now my acne's back and even worse. Is there any real, lasting solution out there?
Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.
