I've noticed a bump or pimple-like thing on my uvula, and it's been there for about a month now. There's no pus or anything. I'm really curious and a bit worried about what this could be. Could you provide some insight into what kind of condition this might be?

I've been dealing with a DNS issue for a long time and have had multiple surgeries, but it's still not fixed. I visited Apollo Hospital, and the doctor recommended another surgery. My DNS is deviated to the right side, blocking my right nostril, making it hard to breathe properly. Because of this, I feel like my body isn't getting enough oxygen, so I end up breathing quickly or panting. Is surgery the only option, or are there other treatments that could help?

I've noticed this white spot on my left tonsil for the past couple of days. There's no pain, no swelling, no sore throat or fever, and I've never had any issues with my tonsils before. This is the first time seeing something like this, and I'm a bit concerned. Could you help me understand what it might be?
