I've noticed that every time I have chicken for dinner, I wake up with pimples the next day. Chicken is my favorite, so this is really frustrating for me. Is there a way to completely get rid of this problem? How can I figure out if chicken is the root cause of my acne? Would love some advice.

View allI'm really concerned because I've been experiencing a lot of heat on my head lately, and it's been accompanied by excessive hair fall. I consulted a doctor and even started taking some tablets, but they haven't seemed to make any difference. Could there be something else going on or another treatment I should consider?

I've been noticing some pigmentation on my face, and it's really starting to bother me. I'm 28 years old and I'm curious about what I could do to improve or remove it. I've been reading about skin treatments but I'm not sure what's effective or safe. Could you suggest some advice or treatments that might help with this?

I'm a 39-year-old woman and had my gallbladder removed about a year ago. Six months later, I started getting pimples and marks on my skin, which I've never dealt with before. My skin is pretty fair, and I've tried using some products like sebeam soap, cleargel, and epiduo, as recommended by a dermatologist. It's been three weeks, but I'm not seeing much improvement. What's going on, and what else can I do to clear these up?
