My 2-year-old daughter has a small 3.4mm inguinal hernia on the right side. A few doctors have recommended surgery, but I'm worried about putting her through an operation at such a young age. Are there any non-surgical options to treat this or could it heal on its own? What would you suggest for her case?
Yes, Sx is better option but still for final please consult surgeon for full P/E.

I've been diagnosed with a right inguinoscrotal hernia after a scrotal Doppler scan, and all doctors are recommending surgery. I'm wondering if homeopathy could be a good alternative will it actually help fix this or should I just go for the surgery?
In this procedure, which might be done with local anesthesia and sedation or general anesthesia, the surgeon makes an incision in your groin and pushes the protruding tissue back into your abdomen. The surgeon then sews the weakened area, often reinforcing it with a synthetic mesh (hernioplasty)
