I've noticed that I have quite a few lipomas, or koluppu katti, on my hand, around 20 of them. Can you tell me how I could get these removed? Any advice would be really helpful.

View allI've been traveling a lot for work lately and I've started getting these pesky blackheads on my nose. I heard somewhere that toothpaste might work to get rid of them, but I'm not sure if that's actually true or if it's safe. Could you tell me if using toothpaste is a good idea for treating blackheads, and if so, how should I use it?
See a specialist for accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment.

I've got this lump on my butt cheek, maybe about an inch or so in diameter. Sometimes it swells up, I think because of the heat or something. It's really hard not to try to pop it a bit because it sort of tears when I sit, then it releases some pus and eventually calms down. My English isn't great, but I hope you get what I'm saying. Could you help me understand what's going on here?
