I've noticed that I tend to not breathe properly when I'm not consciously focusing on my breath. It's like I realize after a few minutes that I wasn't breathing at all. Sometimes it even happens at night during sleep, and I'll wake up suddenly. I've been trying deep breathing pranayam exercises to help, but I'm really curious and a bit worried about why this might be happening. Could you provide some guidance on what might be going on?

Since then, I haven't had any symptoms or health issues. I'm wondering if it's safe for me to go back to doing cardio workouts now. Also, what precautions should I take while exercising, and is it okay to focus on weight loss?

I've been having this coughing issue for a few months now, and I noticed that whenever I take Montair LC, the cough stops but only for two days. Then it comes back, and I find myself needing to take the medicine again for some temporary relief. I'm getting a bit concerned and wondering why this is happening. Is it normal for the relief to be so short-lived, or should I be thinking about seeing a doctor for a more permanent solution?
