I've noticed that I tend to not breathe properly when I'm not consciously focusing on my breath. It's like I realize after a few minutes that I wasn't breathing at all. Sometimes it even happens at night during sleep, and I'll wake up suddenly. I've been trying deep breathing pranayam exercises to help, but I'm really curious and a bit worried about why this might be happening. Could you provide some guidance on what might be going on?

View allI'm having some trouble with my breathingit feels heavy and like I have to really push to take a breath when I'm sitting down. But when I'm lying down, walking, or jogging, it doesn't bother me at all. I had a chest X-ray and a PFT a couple of months ago, and everything was normal. Do you think this could be related to my sitting posture, or is there something else going on? Would love some advice.

I've been taking the pill Septilin once a day for the past year since I got diagnosed with a respiratory allergy. I usually experience coughing, chest pressure, and a whistling sound when breathing at night. I'm also on an anxiety pill, Vetodep 20, once a day. Can I get the COVID-19 vaccine, and if so, what precautions should I be aware of?
donot take covid vaccine if you are having active symptoms of allergy
