I've noticed a lot of white spots on my upper lip and the lip line. They aren't painful, but they look like an allergy or something unusual. I use lip moisturizer every day, so I'm not sure what's causing this. Could you suggest what might help get rid of them?

I'm thinking about taking glutathione to help with my skin, but I've heard it's best to combine it with vitamin C. How soon after taking a glutathione pill should I take the vitamin C? Do I take them together? Also, how many times a day should I be taking the vitamin C?

To maximize the benefits of glutathione for your skin, it is recommended to take it with vitamin C. You can take them together for better absorption. It is advisable to take vitamin C 30 minutes to 1 hour after taking the glutathione pill. You can take vitamin C once a day, preferably in the morning with your glutathione supplement. The recommended dosage of vitamin C can vary, but a common dosage is around 500-1000mg per day for skin health benefits.

I've been using Momate as my doctor advised, but I stopped about a week ago. Since then, I noticed a few pimples popping up, which seemed normal at first. But today, I woke up with a bunch more on my face and neck. I'm really not sure whats going on. Can you help figure out what's happening and what I should do about it?
