I'm really curious, is aloe vera gel actually good for anal use? I've been dealing with rashes down there, and after applying aloe vera, the problem seems to have improved. Can I use it regularly on my anus? I sometimes get anal chafing and rashes from dryness and was wondering if aloe vera is okay to use for that.
