I've noticed that my tongue has been cracked and fissured for quite some time now. I'm really concerned about it and would love some advice on how to get it back to being healthy and normal again. Any suggestions on what medicine or treatment I should consider?

I'm dealing with really rough and frizzy hair right now and I'm thinking about getting a keratin treatment. But I've also got a lot of dandruff at the moment. Is it a bad idea to go ahead with the keratin treatment while I'm dealing with dandruff, or should I wait until it clears up? Also, does a keratin treatment lead to any hair loss? Would love some advice.

I'm curious about how to know when telogen effluvium is coming to an end. Are there specific signs of recovery that I should look for? Can you share some insights on this?

I've had this brown vertical line on the nail of my middle finger for about a year now, and there's been no pain or growth. I stumbled upon something saying these lines could be linked to melanoma skin cancer, which freaked me out a bit. No one in my family has ever had cancer, but should I be worried about this line on my nail?

The brown vertical line in your nail plate may be due to a condition called longitudinal melanonychia. While it can sometimes be a sign of melanoma, it is important to consider other causes first. In your case, since there is no associated growth or pain, it may not be a cause for concern. However, it is still recommended to have it evaluated by a healthcare professional to rule out any serious conditions.
