I've noticed that my tongue has been cracked and fissured for quite some time now. I'm really concerned about it and would love some advice on how to get it back to being healthy and normal again. Any suggestions on what medicine or treatment I should consider?

I've noticed a dark horizontal line on my nose that just appeared over the last few days. I'm a bit worried and wondering how I can get rid of it. What might be causing this, and are there any remedies or steps I should take to clear it up?

It can be due to various reasons. some are due to skin irritation or pressure caused by wearing glasses, masks or other items that or against the nose. Repeated rubbing off the nose due to allergies can also cause this. Could be a result of mild trauma, Sun exposure or hormonal changes. So to treat and prevent that avoid all the things I mentioned before . Use a gentle cleanser to clean the area twice daily. Avoid harsh scrubbing. Moisturise the area. Is brightening creams with vitamin c, niacinamide or kojic acid.
