I've noticed my vagina is red and itchy on the outside of the lips, and the skin is peeling off. It's white in some areas. I've been putting powder and Vaseline on it for the past two days, but the itchiness hasnt gone away. What can I do to make it better?

For a red, itchy, and flaky vaginal area, especially on the outer lips, consider using an over-the-counter (OTC) anti-fungal or anti-itch cream like clotrimazole or hydrocortisone, and avoid using powders and vaseline as they can exacerbate the issue; also, practice good hygiene, wear breathable clothing, and consult a gynecologist if the symptoms persist or worsen.

View allI've been really curious and honestly a bit worried about the whole G spot thing. Can you explain exactly what the G spot is, where it's located, and how someone can find it? I'm hoping for some practical advice because I want to help my partner discover it at home. Is it even possible, and if so, how do we go about it?
The **G-spot** is an area located inside the vagina, about 1-3 inches on the front wall, that can be sensitive and, for some, may lead to heightened sexual pleasure when stimulated. To find it, gently insert one or two fingers and make a "come here" motion towards the belly button. It may take time and patience for both you and your partner to explore and discover what feels best. Open communication and comfort are key.

My friend is wondering if it's okay to use lubricants while not using a condom. Are there certain types of lubricants that are safe to use without a condom?
Yes, lubricants can be used without a condom. However, it's important to choose water-based or silicone-based lubricants, as they are safe for direct skin contact and won't cause irritation. Always ensure the lubricant is compatible with your needs, especially for sensitive areas.

I'm really worried because I had sex for the first time on February 8th and my period was supposed to come on the 12th, but it hasn't happened yet. We didn't use any protection, but it was super quick, like just 10 seconds, and my partner didn't ejaculate. Plus, my hymen didn't even break. Now I'm 18 days late and I took a home pregnancy test which came out negative. I'm not sure what to do next. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
Since your home pregnancy test came back negative, it is less likely that you are pregnant. However, the delay in your period could be due to various reasons such as stress, hormonal changes, or other underlying health conditions. You can try taking medication to induce withdrawal bleeding and regulate your menstrual cycle. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider before taking any medication.
