I've noticed this red pore on my nose that's been around for almost a year now. I'm kind of worried about what it could be and how to get rid of it. I regularly squeeze blackheads on my nose, so I wonder if maybe it's an infected pore? What do you think?

I'm dealing with this skin thing that's kinda like a fungal infection, where I get these red rings. Sometimes it clears up on its own but then comes back. I'm trying to figure out which cream is better for it, Panderm Plus or Zoderm E? Any advice would be awesome!
Based on your description of a recurring fungal infection with red ring-like lesions, both Panderm Plus (clotrimazole + beclomethasone) and Zoderm-E (clotrimazole) can be effective; however, Panderm Plus might be a better option as it combines an antifungal (clotrimazole) with a mild steroid (beclomethasone) to reduce inflammation and itching

I've had this really annoying itching inside my penis for the past week because of some tiny bumps. It's been quite uncomfortable, and I'm getting worried. Can you recommend any medicine or ointment that could help, or maybe some home remedies to try?
Probable diagnosis is fungal infection. Candid cream for local application is advised for 2 weeks, along with tab levocetrizine 10 mg orally, daily for 5 days is advised to the patient.
