I've noticed that the skin around my vaginal area, including the lips, seems darker than I'd like it to be. I'm really hoping to find some natural remedies that could lighten the area fairly quickly. Could you recommend any home treatments for this? I'm quite worried about it and would love your advice.

View allI seem to be losing more hair every year. Usually, I shed about 50 to 70 hairs a day, which I know is normal, but the hair I lose has this little black bulb at the end. Is this something I should be worried about? Will new hair grow back? I'm aware of the hair cycle, so I'm looking for a straightforward answer beyond that.

I've been dealing with hair loss since 2015 and had been using minoxidil 5% for over a year. I stopped using it about 6 months ago but started again a month ago and I think the shedding phase is done. I saw a trichologist who recommended Xfolia hair gain serum and hairgain pills since I'm in a type 3 pattern. Have you heard of this Xfolia stuff? How long does it usually take to see results with this kind of treatment, because I couldn't find any info about it online?

I've been struggling with really bad tanning on my forehead for a while now. I've tried a bunch of things like kojic acid creams, Sabiglow, and I've even had a yellow peel done. I've also been taking Pinodin G for a couple of months. Right now, I'm using Tazret cream as recommended by my dermatologist, but honestly, I haven't noticed any difference. I work from home, so I'm not out in the sun much, but I still apply a light sunscreen. Can you suggest any effective anti-tanning creams, scrubs, or face packs? I'm really looking for something that works.
