I've noticed that the skin on my finger joints and knuckles is really rough and dark. It's not dry or anything, but the texture feels different from the rest of my skin. I'm kind of worried about why that might be happening. Could there be specific reasons for this?

I'm only 21 and I've been taking TricoMax tablets for hair loss. I'm worried about any side effects and if there could be future problems because of this medication. How long should I keep using it?
Atleast for 3-6 months is advised, side -effects include itching,rash ,allergic reactions etc.
