View allFor the past 12 years, I've had this issue where one nostril is always blocked while the other works, and they keep switching throughout the day. I also get frequent colds and nasal congestion almost 15 days every month. Right now, I rely on Allegra, saline sprays, and Flutira decongestants, but it's not a permanent fix. Could this be something that surgery can cure? What's the best long-term treatment for this?
Summary. Allergies, colds, environmental pollutants, and many other triggers can contribute to a blocked nostril on one side. Many people with other health conditions like a deviated septum or nasal polyps may notice that their nose is only stuffy on one side

I've been dealing with this cough for 34 days now and it's getting really frustrating. On top of that, whenever I move my tongue or yawn, I get this strange pain in my tongue and ear. And when the earache gets really bad, it kind of feels like there's air trapped in my ears. What could be causing this and should I be worried?
That could be ear effusion, practice valsalva manoeuvre u will feel relieved.

I've been having a rough time with a throat infection for the last four days after eating some oily food. I don't have a cold or cough, but my throat is really dry and it hurts every time I swallow. There's also a little bit of body pain going on. I took Erythro 250 and Colgin Plus, but they're not helping. What could be going on, and what should I do to feel better?
You can take an antibiotic like Augmentin 625mg twice a day for 5-7 days to target the infection. Additionally, you can take a pain reliever like Ibuprofen 400mg every 6-8 hours as needed for the body aches and throat pain. Make sure to drink plenty of warm fluids and get adequate rest to help your body recover. Ensure to consult a doctor before starting any medication.
