I've noticed this small lump, kind of pea-sized, under the skin on my right butt cheek, right where it connects with my thigh. It's pretty hard to the touch and really painful, especially when I sit. There's also some dark red-ish discoloration on the skin. Do you think this is anything serious or could it be a cyst or something else?

It sounds like you might have a painful bump, possibly an ingrown hair, cyst, or a localized infection. Its best to avoid pressing on it. Keep the area clean, and apply warm compresses to reduce pain and swelling. If the bump doesnt improve or worsens, consider seeing a doctor for a proper evaluation and treatment.

I've been using Morr F 5 solution for a couple of months now for my hair loss, and I'm starting to see some good early results. However, I'm experiencing a lot of flakes, similar to dandruff, on my scalp. I'm pretty sure the alcohol in the solution is causing this. Do you know of any alternative treatments to Morr F that include both Finasteride and Minoxidil but dont have alcohol?

See a specialist for accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment.

I've been dealing with a really painful situation for the last couple of months. There are these small cuts on the top of my penis head that just won't heal properly. They get sticky, and it's getting harder to pull the skin back when I pee. Even when they seem to heal after about two or three days, they just reopen when the skin stretches. What should I do? I really need some advice and medication to fix this.

Candid cream for local application is advised for 3 weeks, along with tab flucanozole 150 mg once a week for 2 weeks is advised to the patient.

I'm dealing with a reddish rash on my cleavage and under my breast. It tends to get worse when I sweat and then becomes really dry and sometimes itchy after a shower. I noticed last time that a zinc-based medicine from my dermatologist helped a bit. It's not really bothering me otherwise, but I'm just not sure what else to do. What do you think it might be, and is there something more I should try?

That could be fungal infection ,maintain personal hygiene and you continue that ointment,if it is recurring have to take oral antifungal medicines ,visit dermatologist for appropriate treatment.
