I've noticed some blood in my sputum, but I don't have any pain in my throat or chest. What could be causing this?

View allI'm really struggling with this persistent wet cough and the pain it's causing in my chest. Every time the seasons change, it's the same routine: blocked nose, runny nose, and that horrible itch in my throat that makes me want to cough all the time. I got my X-ray and PFT done, but everything came back normal, which is frustrating because my throat just constantly feels heavy, like it's never clear. I really wish I could solve this for good. Unfortunately, there's no chest specialist in my area. Could you please give me some advice on what I can do?

I'm really confused about my chest x-ray results. It says BVM, but I'm not sure if that means bivascular markings or bronchovascular markings, or if they're actually the same thing. I had the x-ray because I was checking for swollen lymph nodes. What exactly does BVM mean in this context? Should I be worried?
Prominent bronchovascular markings is seen in infections ,bronchitis, asthma,bronchopneumonia,cardiac failure and pulmonary hypertension.

I'm experiencing chest pain and discomfort for the past two days, along with pain in my throat and neck that's getting worse. The pain is all around my rib cage and near my clavicle, and it feels like something is pressing on my chest. I've also had a cough that was quite bad yesterday, but it's a bit better today. The cough is dry, but in the mornings I'm coughing up white sputum and have been for quite a while. I haven't had a fever or lost my appetite. Could this be TB or something else?
