I've noticed some purple dots on the head of my penis and the skin is also really dry. The foreskin doesn't seem smooth at all. What could be causing this, and is there anything I should do about it? I'm getting a bit worried.

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of irritation or an infection, possibly related to dry skin or a dermatological condition. I recommend seeing a healthcare provider for an examination to rule out any underlying issues such as balanitis or other skin conditions. In the meantime, keeping the area clean and moisturized may help, but it's best to get a professional evaluation.

View allI'm thinking about using a derma roller for my face, but I'm not entirely sure how to properly sanitize it. I'm wondering if it's okay to use Dettol or Savlon to clean it. Could you walk me through the sanitizing process? I'm a bit worried about making sure it's safe to use on my skin.
While Dettol or Savlon can be used to sanitize a derma roller, a more recommended approach is to soak the derma roller in a mixture of 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or ethanol for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with sterile or distilled water, and let air-dry; this method is gentler on the needles and more effective against bacteria and other microorganisms.

I've been using Sebamed facewash and Nioret Nanogel for the past 8 months with amazing results. My skin was glowing, and I didn't have any pimples. But starting in February, I suddenly got rashes, redness, and some irritation on my face. There was one day when I used a CC cream, and after removing it, my face turned red and was burning. I tried calming it down with Lacto Calamine but nothing worked. Now, every time I apply the Sebamed facewash, it feels like I've put red chili powder on my face. I've even got a red patch under my eye that feels like burned skin when I touch it. Could you help me figure out what's happening with my skin?

I'm dealing with this nagging fungal infection that's showing up as red circular patches on my skin. Are there any non-steroidal creams you would recommend to help clear this up?
For fungal infections with symptoms of red, circular patches, consider the following non-steroidal creams: Antifungal Creams 1. Clotrimazole cream (1%): Effective against various fungal infections, including ringworm. 2. Miconazole cream (2%): Treats fungal infections like ringworm, athlete's foot, and jock itch. 3. Terbinafine cream (1%): Used to treat fungal infections like ringworm, athlete's foot, and jock itch. 4. Econazole cream (1%): Treats various fungal infections, including ringworm and athlete's foot. Natural Antifungal Creams 1. Tea tree oil cream: Has antifungal properties that can help combat fungal infections. 2. Aloe vera gel: Soothes and calms the skin while providing antifungal properties. Before using any cream, ensure you: 1. Consult a doctor or dermatologist to confirm the fungal infection diagnosis.
