I've noticed some sores down there a couple of days ago, and now they're spreading. There's pus coming out, and it really burns when I pee. I'm pretty worried about what this could be. Any idea what's going on and what I should do?

View allI'm really worried and curious about something. Is it true that eating milk and onions together, like in a sandwich or mixed with vegetables, can cause vitiligo? I'm just trying to understand how vitiligo actually happens. Is it some kind of viral issue? I'd appreciate any insights you could give me.
Consuming milk and onion together does not cause vitiligo. Vitiligo is a skin condition where the cells that produce skin pigment are destroyed, leading to white patches on the skin. The exact cause of vitiligo is not fully understood, but it is believed to be an autoimmune condition where the immune system mistakenly attacks the pigment-producing cells. Vitiligo is not viral. Treatment options for vitiligo include topical corticosteroids, calcineurin inhibitors, and phototherapy with medications like Tacrolimus ointment or Pimecrolimus cream.

I'm dealing with this really annoying itching that's been going on since May. At first, it was just itching, but then the spots turned into these reddish round patches. I thought it might be something like ringworm, so I got some ring out ointment from the store, but the itching came back. Sometimes, it gets so bad that it even bleeds a bit. I've been using coconut oil and bathing with Dettol twice a day, but it's not helping much. It's really getting on my nerves. Any idea what could be causing this or how to make it stop?
this looks like a disease called intertrigo, this needs oral and topical antifungal agents, visit dermatologist for appropriate treatment, personal hygiene is most important in such conditions.

I've been struggling with dark spots and my lips are pretty dark too. Do you think melalite cream would be a good choice to help with both? I'm really hoping for something that works.
