I've noticed some sores down there a couple of days ago, and now they're spreading. There's pus coming out, and it really burns when I pee. I'm pretty worried about what this could be. Any idea what's going on and what I should do?

I've been having these mouth ulcers a lot, usually on the inside of my lip or on my gums. It's like a never-ending cycle, even though I'm drinking plenty of water and taking folic acid supplements.
