I've noticed some spots on my scrotum and also on the shaft of my penis. After checking online, they look a lot like Fordyce spots, but I'm a bit worried it could be something else. Could you tell me what they might be and if I should be concerned?

View allI've been noticing that I get a pimple right in the middle of my cleavage line, and it seems to always show up right before my period. I'm really curious about what's causing it and if there's any way I can prevent it from happening. Any insights?
Pimples in the cleavage area before the menstrual cycle are often due to hormonal changes. To help prevent them, you can try using topical treatments containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, such as Benzac AC gel or Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. Keeping the area clean and dry can also help. Additionally, maintaining a healthy diet, managing stress levels, and staying hydrated may help reduce the frequency of these breakouts.

I've been dealing with dark skin around my underarms and bikini area for a while now, and I've tried so many creams but they haven't helped. I'm really hoping there's something else I can do to lighten these areas. Any advice would be great!
For dark skin on underarms and bikini areas, consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized advice; in the meantime, try these evidence-based remedies: kojic acid or licorice extract creams, turmeric paste, lemon juice with sugar, or cucumber and aloe vera gel, and maintain good hygiene, avoid harsh hair removal methods, and wear loose, breathable clothing to reduce friction and irritation.

I've been using trichodoxil for about six months now because of hair loss. Should I be worried about any side effects from using it for this long?
