I've noticed some white patches on my penis, specifically behind the foreskin at the top part. It's been a few weeks now, and recently, I've also seen small red marks developing on a couple of those patches. Can you tell me what kind of treatment might be appropriate or whether I should consult a sexologist or a dermatologist about this?
