I've noticed some white skin on the tip of my penis, and it's really sensitive to touch. The rest of the skin feels normal, almost like there's a difference I can't explain. What could this be, and should I be worried about it?

View allI've been feeling really anxious lately because after masturbating a few days back, my penis and testicles suddenly felt numb the next day. I went to see a doctor, and they checked everything and said there's no issue, but I'm still worried because it feels like my testes are kind of lifeless. Can someone tell me what might be going on?
