I've noticed some white skin on the tip of my penis, and it's really sensitive to touch. The rest of the skin feels normal, almost like there's a difference I can't explain. What could this be, and should I be worried about it?

I'm having some issues with my ball sac; there are a few bumps I've noticed. I have a 15 mm stone in my right kidney at the PUJ and a 9 mm stone in my left kidney, both causing mild hydronephrosis. My doctor recommended laser surgery with a stent, but I'm wondering how long I can delay this procedure. Are there any homeopathic medicines that could dissolve stones this size? My serum creatinine is 1.13, and I've attached my KUB sonography results.
