I have a 15 mm stone in my right kidney at the PUJ and a 9 mm stone in my left kidney, both causing mild hydronephrosis. My doctor recommended laser surgery with a stent, but I'm wondering how long I can delay this procedure. Are there any homeopathic medicines that could dissolve stones this size? My serum creatinine is 1.13, and I've attached my KUB sonography results.

Large PUJ stones with hydronephrosis need surgery soon—homeopathy is unlikely to work; delay risks kidney damage.

View allI'm Jonas Markus, and I'm 17 years old. Lately, I've been having this weird health issue that I'm hoping you can help with. Every morning, my pee is orange and it burns. But after the morning, it goes back to being yellow and doesn't burn at all. Plus, I'm feeling some discomfort in my lower abdomen, just above my genitals. When I press on my lower abdomen, it seems like theres a vibration, kind of like gases moving around. Is this normal, or could it be an infection?

I'm a bit concerned because I've noticed some small white lumps in my semen when I ejaculate after masturbating. Can anyone help me figure out what might be going on?
These small lumps you are noticing in your semen could be due to a few different reasons. One possibility is that they are sperm clumps, which can be normal and not a cause for concern. However, if these lumps are accompanied by pain, swelling, or changes in your semen consistency, it could be a sign of an underlying issue such as an infection or inflammation of the prostate or seminal vesicles. I recommend you to consult a doctor for further evaluation and appropriate management.
