I've noticed some white spots on my face and I'm wondering if it's something beyond calcium deficiency, which I know I have. These spots are a little visible right now, but I'm worried they might get worse over time. What could be causing them and how can I treat them?

View allI'm a bit confused about how to use the Qsera hair serum my dermatologist recommended. Should I be applying it with my fingers directly on my scalp, or is it supposed to be sprayed all over my hair? My doctor mentioned something about spraying, but I'm not entirely sure.
Q-Sera hair serum is meant to be applied with fingers as suggested in the directions.

I've noticed this bump on my skin after scratching it, and it's really irritating. I keep feeling the urge to scratch it more. Should I be concerned about this, or is it just something that'll go away on its own? Would love to know what might be causing it.
It's possible that the bump and irritation could be due to various reasons such as: - Insect bite or sting - Allergic reaction - Skin infection - Eczema or dermatitis - Keratosis pilaris To alleviate the discomfort, you can try: - Applying a cold compress to reduce itching - Using over-the-counter antihistamine cream or hydrocortisone cream - Taking an oral antihistamine - Avoiding scratching the area
