I've noticed these brown spots on the head of my penis for the last couple of months, and they seem to be getting bigger. They dont itch or hurt, but I'm worried because they darken when I press or scratch them. I did some research and it looks like it might be penile melanosis, but I'm not really sure. It's starting to mess with my head a bit, you know? Health-wise, everything's the same, no issues there. I've been trying Sonaderm NM, but it's not making any difference. Can you tell me what steps I should take next? It's just these two patches on top, but I'm kind of concerned.

No need to worry about your condition that's harmless and usually no complications in future, visit Dermatologist and evaluation is required in order to prevent it from progressing.

View allI've got this pretty big lump, even bigger than a quarter, right in my butt crack, about three inches from my anus. I think it might have pus in it. I've had smaller lumps like this before, but they've never been this big or painful. What could be going on, and should I be worried about it?

I've been dealing with a lot of ingrown hairs on my legs from shaving, and it's really frustrating. I've tried waxing multiple times, but those pesky ingrown hairs just won't disappear. It's starting to feel hopeless. Is there any solution to finally get rid of them once and for all?
That's unusual and needs physical examination, visit Dermatologist for the same and appropriate management

I've been struggling with unwanted facial hair on my chin and cheeks for a few years now and it's really bothering me. What are some non-surgical ways to reduce or manage this? I'd prefer options that don't involve going under the knife if possible.
To stop hair growth on the chin and neck: Professional Treatments: Laser hair removal and electrolysis are effective. Medications: Hormonal treatments can help reduce hair growth. Home Remedies: Natural methods like turmeric and sugar scrubs can help reduce hair
