I've noticed these dark brown patches on my feet and ankles for the last few months. They're just therenot itching or spreading, but I'm kind of worried because they havent changed at all. Any idea what might be causing this and what I should do about it?

Dark spots and patches on your feet and ankles could be due to a condition called venous stasis dermatitis, which is caused by blood leaking out of veins and pooling under the skin, leaving behind a residue of hemoglobin that shows up as brown or rust-colored stains. Another possible cause is hemosiderin staining, which is a symptom of chronic venous insufficiency, a condition where veins have trouble sending blood back to the heart. To address this issue, consider elevating your legs when sitting or lying down, wearing compression stockings, and avoiding long periods of standing or sitting. It's essential to consult a doctor or dermatologist to determine the underlying cause and receive proper treatment, which may include lifestyle changes, medication, or laser treatment to fade the discoloration.

View allI'm 19 and starting to notice a lot of white hairs already, which is kind of worrying. Someone suggested I try dex orange syrup to help with it. I'm really curious if that's effective or if there's something else I should consider. What do you think?
Dex Orange syrup is a multivitamin supplement that contains essential vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, Biotin, and Zinc. While it can help improve overall hair health and prevent premature graying to some extent, it may not specifically target or reduce white hair. It is important to maintain a balanced diet rich in nutrients for overall hair health. The recommended dosage of Dex Orange syrup is usually 10ml once a day.

Mujhe 2 saal ho gaye skinlite cream ke side effects se paresan hun. Mere face par bilkul glow nahi ho raha. Maine doctor ko dikhaya, unhone mujhe bahut saari creams aur vitamins diye, lekin ab tak kuch asar nahi dikha. Aap mujhe bata sakte hain ki main aur kya kar sakti hu?
Skinlite cream ke long-term use ke karan pigmentation ke changes ho sakte hain, jo aapki twacha par glow khone ka karan ban sakte hain. Aapka treatment chal raha hai aur yeh samajhne ki koshish ho rahi hain ki aapko aur asar kaise mil sakta hai. Hydration and Nutrition: Pani peena: Rozana khoob pani piyein. Yeh aapki skin ko naturally hydrate aur rejuvenate karne mein madad karta hai. Balanced Diet: Antioxidant-rich foods jaise ki fruits (berries, oranges) aur vegetables (spinach, broccoli) se nutritionally balanced khana khayein. Regular Exfoliation: Mahine me ek ya do baar gentle exfoliation se dead skin cells ko hatayein. Isse nayi aur healthy skin surface par aa sakti hai. Rest and Stress Management: Achha neend: Kam se kam 7-8 ghante soyein taki twacha naturally repair ho sake. Stress management techniques: Meditation aur yoga jaise techniques se stress ko kam karein, jo glow aur twacha ki overall health ko behtar karega. Follow-up with Dermatologist: Aapka doctor kisi new treatment plan ke liye dermatologist ke consultation ki salah de sakta hai.
