I've noticed these lipomas under my skin some are as big as small lemons and others like groundnuts. They're bothering me, and I'm thinking about getting them removed surgically. What kind of specialist should I see for this, and what should I expect from the procedure?

i'm an 18-year-old guy dealing with gynecomastia and feeling pretty self-conscious about it. is surgery the only option to fix this? also, how much would the procedure usually cost?
Gynecomastia usually goes away without medical treatment. The breasts flatten out within a few months to a couple of years. If gynecomastia is very severe, there is medicine that can help. And if gynecomastia lasts past puberty, surgery can reduce the size of the breasts.
